Eser Karakas

Eser Karakas is a professor of public economy. He is presently teaching at the European Law and Governance School in Greece. He worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Strasbourg, Institut d’Etudes Politiques, between 2008-2021. Previously, he worked as a professor at Istanbul University between 1996-2000 and 2014-2016. He also served as the Dean of Bahçeşehir University FEAS (2000-2006), Vice President-Provost of the University of Bahçeşehir (2006-2010), and Head of Department of European Union at the University of Bahçeşehir (2010-2014)
